UCSF ORTHOPAEDIC INSTITUTE, San Francisco, CA
Design/assist 40,000 sq. ft. interior tenant improvement on behalf of UCSF Dept. of Orthopaedics. Project features 4 OR and 2 Procedure rooms with patient prep and recovery areas under OSHPD III code. Imaging areas include 3 X-ray suites and a GE MR750 3-Tesla magnet. To complete the center, a Human Performance Center and Prosthetics Laboratory were constructed as well as administrative and educational space. Final Cost = $12 million.

UCSF M-3 NORTH DUAL 3T MRI's, San Francisco, CA
Arguably one of the most challenging MRI projects ever done, Cameron Builders, Inc. was brought in during the design phase on a CM@Risk agreement to assist in the final design, and ultimately construct, a dual GE MR750 3-Tesla MRI suite in the 3rd floor center of functioning UCSF Moffitt Hospital, Parnassus Campus. Due to the weight, mechanical requirements and magnetic field issues of two side-by-side high field magnets, this project's success is a testimate to the expertise and dedication of Cameron Builders, UCSF and the entire design team.

UCSF CHINA BASIN LANDING, San Francisco, CA
Design/Build 50,000 sq. ft. interior tenant improvement on behalf of UCSF and McCarthy Cook. Project features a ground floor 10,000 sq. ft. imaging center including two GE 1.5T Twin Speed MRI suites, one GE 3T MRI suite, two Philips MX-8000 CT suites, bone densitometry, and associated patient and administrative space.

Third floor features 30,000 sq. ft. of administrative, educational and research laboratories including Varian NMR suite, OR suite, Chemistry and various research and imaging laboratories. Project is also complimented by state-of-the-art conference and classroom facilities.

Replacement of existing 1.5T MRI system with new 3 Tesla MRI system by GE Medical Systems. Project located in ACC building of UCSF’s Parnassus St. campus.

LIBERTY PACIFIC MEDICAL IMAGING, Palmdale, CA
Design/Build imaging center in downtown mid-rise structure to accommodate the Siemens Symphony 1.5T MRI system, Ultra-sound and C-arm equipment. The first of three projects to be completed on behalf of Liberty Pacific Medical Imaging this year.
